Listen, when I say I am great at what I do the clients just stamp it 1000% with facts on it. She came in and said she wanted to gain some weight, I said, that's it, easy. In 5 months this is were she is at. Tammy, owner of Savannah’s Simple Bites/nutrition did her meal plan as well as cooked her meals and I gave her every tough workout she needed to put that muscle on toned up. As a trainer I don't just help clients loss weight I help clients that want to put on weight as well and I sculp your body. Again, I am great at what I do .
