Its day 4 of the challenge!! How we feeling?!? Haven’t started the challenge?? Its not too late! We are doing 20 mins of stairs every day for the month of August! Be sure to post in your story (doesn’t have to be everyday) and tag me 😬

I wanted to give you guys a few different variations that you can incorporate into your routine this month!! Switch it up! Sprint some days, walk some days, and have fun with it!!

I want to also give you guys some motivation even though the challenge just started!! This challenge really can transform your body!! It is allowing you to switch things up and confuse your body which is SUPER beneficial for weight loss/muscle toning! So keep a clean diet going, get your lifts in and HIT THOSE STAIRS 💪🏾💪🏾

🔥OUTDOOR FALL CLASS STARTS THIS SATURDAY IN Bolton Hill🔥

Bring a mat, water and weights if you have them! It will be 30 mins (10:00am-10:30am) of strength training, endurance building and fun! This is an ongoing class while the weather is still nice. Bring a friend or family member and lets get working! Please sign up ahead of time so I know who will be there. If it is raining, snowing or any inclement weather, class will be cancelled. I will announce any other class cancellations on my Instagram and pages (). There is a $12 drop in. I accept cash, Venmo, Cash app, or Zelle

We used our legs a lot in January for our 100 mile challenge so now it’s time to get those arms pumping!! We have PUSH-UPS EVERYDAY FOR THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY!

Here are the rules:
50 push ups everyday.
•Push ups can be split up throughout the day.
•Don’t think you can physically do 50 push ups, do what you can and your goal is to be able to do 50 by the end of the month.
•Like all challenges, post in your story about once a week and make sure to tag
•Most consistent and most improved challengers will win training sessions or Noni bell fitness merch this challenge 🎉
•Can be any variation of push ups (I’m going to post a push up variation video later this week)
•Have questions?! DM me!
