Attention all New Year’s Resolution or Late Christmas shoppers! Body in Rhythm Training is holding a LIQUIDATION SALE as we are Downsizing and Moving Locations. Everything must go - great deals on all used Fitness equipment and other miscellaneous items like portable A/Cs, TV, Desk, chairs, fans and more! Join FSK Mom and Trainer Amanda Napier for a 30 Min Outdoor, Donation based Workout to Benefit FSK School on Saturday Dec 3rd at 915am. Meet at the statue in front of the school. Next, come in to do your holiday shopping. Come visit us at the Body In Rhythm Training Booth to Purchase the Gift of Movement for your loved ones. 10% of proceeds will be donated to FSK.

Body in Rhythm Training and Diamondback Brewery have teamed up to present the “BELLS AND BEERS” workout series event. This is a beginner- intermediate level Kettlebell Class held outdoors with beer and pizza afterwards. Participants will receive $1.00 off beer and pizza purchases.

When: Thursday August 18th at 6:15pm-7pm

Where: DiamondBack Brewery Patio

Cost $12.00 per person paid at registration

Max Participants is 25 so lock in your place
