Let's talk about restrictive eating🧆
I'm going to drop a couple statements and I want you to gauge how they make you feel....
1 - If you're "on a diet" you're actually moving further away from your health goals.
2 - If you "need to go on a diet" you're probably not ever going to reach your health goals.
WHY THO🤔
Because diets infer temporary shifts. Temporary shifts are intended to get you a temporary external shift. Typically they bust up your mental health in the process.
I'm not here to advocate for stagnation and not taking action.... Quite the contrary. I'm here to advocate for real change.
But dudes.
Real change is a shift of MIND. It is a shift of BEING. It is not a juice cleanse or a raw diet or a bout of intermittent fasting.
There is a time and a place for diets. I highly recommend going and checking out 's account and checking out what she's doing with AIP.
Pointed. Intentional. Strategic. Intended to solve a problem that will get her back to high performance..... But she's already locked down how to effectively eat for them GAINS, so she can leverage dieting as a tool to reach the next level.
99% of y'all trying to do diets are trying to get out of stagnation and start seeing progress.
YOU DO NOT NEED A DIET// YOU NEED A RADICAL CHANGE OF MIND🤯🤯🤯🤯
I eat whatever I want, when I want because I have shifted in WHAT I want.
