At 29 years old I was 220 lbs and completely out of alignment with the man I used to be.

After serving 8½ years in the Marine Corps, I went from 195 lbs at 7% body fat… to nearly 30% body fat and avoiding mirrors.

When structure disappeared, so did my discipline.

No one talks about what happens when you leave elite shape and stop training.
No one talks about how fast busy men can lose control of their health, their habits, and their standards.

I didn’t need another workout program.
I needed to raise my standards.

I lost 60 pounds by doing what I now teach busy men 25–45:

– Structured strength training
– Progressive overload
– High-protein nutrition
– Tracking calories daily
– Adjusting based on data
– Non-negotiable accountability

This wasn’t a 30-day challenge.
It was a decision to stop starting over.

Today I’m 160 lbs at ~15% body fat.
Stronger. Clearer. Leading my family the way I’m supposed to.

I’m done restarting. ☑️

You ever go hard for 2 weeks or a month and stop?
Miss a weekend.
Drink more than you planned.
Skip a few workouts.
And next thing you know you’re “starting Monday” again.

That cycle is exhausting.

Never really able to reach your full potential.

I know, because I lived it.

There was a version of me that looked strong but didn’t follow through consistently.
There was a version of me that knew exactly what he was capable of… but kept settling for less.

What changed?

I stopped chasing motivation.

And built structure.

When I served in the Marine Corps everything was structured and planned. That’s why we were able to execute. 🫡

I took the framework I learned during my 8 years of service and applied it to the things that are most important.

God. ✝️
Family. 🏡
Health. 💪🏽

Not extreme, not flashy. Just disciplined.
