Good morning!! Unfortunately I will not be able to do tribe this morning as a result of my having car issues. Getting my car towed this morning. I also will be in deep creek for my Wife’s bday this weekend so we will not be having class that day either. As I get more information on tribe and the opening of LBHF, I will keep you posted on if we will continue to have these virtual classes. Thank you to everyone who has been taking part in these! Hey guys I’m so sorry to give you such short notice but I had a shipment come in earlier then expected for my home gym and I have to be present for it. We will be back Tuesday for another home edition of Tribe Core seeing as the gyms are still not opening back up. Miss you guys and hope you join me to get a good workout in on Tuesday. I am posting a picture of the workout that was suooosed to take place below. So sorry to cancel on you guys but try and turn some music on and get through it on your own! -Coach Steve
