Yesterday we held “Championship Saturday” for our youth basketball league end of the season tournament. 32 teams, 4 age divisions, 192 basketball games, over 6500 points scored and countless learning moments all packed into 6 busy weeks.

We expanded our league from 2 to 4 age divisions this year doubling the number of officials, gym supervisors, and volunteers in order for this to be a success.

A huge thank you to the Baltic Athletic Boosters for stepping up and organizing our concessions and all the number of volunteers who signed up to help.

Thank you to our 37 referees helping making this season possible. Thank you to our 10 gym supervisors for helping us stay on time and run smoothly.

Our league is a community event that takes many hands to make it a success. Thank you to any other volunteers, parents, and coaches for a great year. Not only does this league give our Baltic boys basketball players a great opportunity to learn the game but funds raised are returned to our athletic programs. Well done Baltic community!

The Athletic Booster Club continues to run concessions for our 4-6th Grade Boys Basketball League- it has been a great fundraiser for our athletic programs!

They are still in need of volunteers for the final week of our league, as well as the 5th/6th grade Basketball Tourney coming up.

If you haven’t had a chance to help out and your child participates in any of the sports that are supported by the Athletic Booster Club/Jr Booster Club, we would love to have you.

January 23: Baltic Boys Basketball and Cheer Autograph Night between the Girls JV and Varsity Game

January 26: Jersey Night - Meet in the Southeast Bleachers for a group photo with your Bulldogs after the game in your Baltic Jerseys.

January 30: Girls Basketball/Cheer/Wrestling Autograph Night at Halftime of the Boys Basketball Game
