It's time for our Annual Unity Athletics All Sports Meeting! 🎉

We encourage ALL middle school and high school student-athletes and their parents/guardians to attend! This is a great opportunity to kick off another exciting year of Unity Athletics by learning important information about the upcoming seasons, expectations, opportunities, and everything you need to know before the school year begins.

💪🦅 SUMMER STRENGTH & CONDITIONING IS OFF TO AN INCREDIBLE START! 🦅💪

The Unity Eagles weight room has been packed this week with 50+ middle school and high school athletes attending every day!

Our athletes are putting in the work through two daily sessions:
⏰ 6:30 AM – 8:00 AM
⏰ 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM

From explosive Strength lifts to speed, agility, core training, and flexibility, our Eagles are getting stronger, faster, and more confident every single day. The energy, effort, and commitment we've seen this week have been outstanding!

Whether you're preparing for football, volleyball, basketball, wrestling, track, baseball, softball, cross country, golf, tennis, soccer, or simply looking to become a better athlete, this is where champions are built.

✅ There is still room to join!
✅ Just show up and get to work!

Don't miss the opportunity to improve this summer and be ready when your season arrives. The athletes who consistently show up now will see the results when competition begins!

Congratulations Coach Perkins!

🍎 Happy Retirement, Mrs. Dawn Perkins! 🎉

After 32 incredible years, Mrs. Dawn Perkins is officially retiring!

Unity has truly been the heart of Dawn’s life. It’s where she completed her student teaching, had her first and only job interview, met her husband, and formed lifelong friendships.

For over three decades, Mrs. Perkins has made a lasting impact both in the classroom and on the sidelines:

In the Classroom: She spent all 32 years teaching 8th-grade math (and at times, reading, writing, and social studies!). 📐

On the Court & Field: She dedicated 32 years to MS/HS volleyball, 15 years to MS girls basketball, and 4 years to HS track and field. 🏐🏀🏃‍♀️

On the Stage: She spent 20 wonderful years coaching MS drama! 🎭

Dawn shares that her absolute greatest joy has been working with her incredible students and athletes. These relationships still bring her immense pride and happiness every single day.

Thank you, Mrs. Perkins, for 32 years of dedication, passion, and heart. Unity won't be the same without you! Please join us in wishing her the absolute best in her well-deserved retirement! 🥳✨
