These wings were incredible yesterday. They were a mix of Honey Hot and Garlic Parm, finished on the grill for the perfect char. They were definitely a winner!

I was at restaurant at Ballston Spa Country Club, and we wanted to come up with a name that was golf related. We ended up on the name “The Gimme Wings”, because after just one bite, you’ll be saying Gimme More.

After a long hiatus, we are planning a comeback! Things will be a bit different then they were, but were are excited to take some steps forward and be a running club that is the first of its kind!

This was not the way we wanted to spend our Race Day. But let’s try to make the best of it.

Anyone running today, please feel free to post your time and pictures of your run! We’d like to see some positivity to brighten our day.

If you would still like to sign up, please reach out. We still have a few extra medals coming in (when they arrive)

Medals still aren’t in, I assume the factory where they are made is shut down due to the virus. But as soon as they come in, we will be shipping them out to you all.

Quick update for everyone:

We still have not received the medals, as it is understandable with the problems in the world at the moment. As soon as we get them, we will let everyone know. And work on getting them out to everyone.

Shirts have not been ordered as of yet either. But as things clear up, we will be getting this taken care of ASAP. Sorry for any inconvenience.

This extends the time to sign up as well, so if you or a friend is interested, please feel free to register.

Hello everyone,
With the ongoing pandemic we are all being challenged with at this time, we will have to postpone our Founders After Party for our run on April 5th. No make up date has been discussed as of yet.
With that said, please feel free to complete your race on your own, whether it is outside or on a treadmill. We have not heard from the company making the medals at this time, so we are still expecting them to arrive on schedule. We will ship them out to everyone once we receive them.
If you are still looking to register, there are still spots available, and we would love for you to take part. When we get more information, we will pass it on to you all.

Do you like to run at your own pace?

Do you like to run by yourself on a treadmill or on the open road?

Do you like to reward yourself with a beer or 2 after you run?

Last question, I promise... do you wish that there was a running club that combined running and beer, where you could run your race wherever and whenever you’d like?

Well, Will Run 4 Beer has you covered! Our races just need to be completed before the race day. You can run on the treadmill at the gym, or run through the park. Run by yourself, or with a group of friends (or strangers).

You can run, walk, jump, bike, skip or crawl your race, it doesn’t matter. The important thing is getting yourself moving!

Registration for our Founders 5K is open, and are limited so please don’t wait. Partake in our race and receive this race medal for only $25.

We are taking orders for our Founders 5K active wear now as well. It will be pinned at the top of our page. DryFit t-shirts are $20, send us a message for ordering g details.
