Part of my training facility in Saratoga is the FitMaxx pool. It has a harness that allows you to swim. But for me, I use it for my HydroMetric exercises, which allows the body to use HydroMetrics to form a very powerful and repetitive golf swing. This pool can accommodate two students and myself, and is 54" high. This allows everything to be submerged except your neck and head....

This allows everything to be submerged except your neck and head. Allowing the muscles used in the golf swing to be completely trained by my HydroMetric exercises.

In water, you will find a plane that you never knew existed.

This perfect plane allows your body to coil in a perfect circle. When you go into a perfect circle with your body in water, you will invoke cyntrifical force.
Cyntrifical force is a free force in nature that can only be attained by keeping a pure circle.
A good example of cyntrifical force is the Wall of Death. They were very popular in the 1920s and 30s. Basically, what it was, was a wooden cylinder large enough to drive a motorcycle within it.

If you stayed in a perfect circle, your motorcycle would stay on the Wall. But once you broke that circle, the bike, and you, would come crashing down. It's cyntrifical force that held the bike up. And it's a very powerful force in nature.

The second beauty of going in a circle with your body, is there is no lift. Which means, when you complete the circle, you arrive back at impact every time.
When you introduce lift in a golf swing, you open yourself to a potential range of injuries that can be caused.

Lift is not really something you want to do in a golf swing, especially at the speeds that the pros can obtain today.

So, the pool trains your body to get stronger without having injuries to set you back. And every time you play, your muscles will get stronger, and fit into place much easier.

As you continue to practice and play, your HydroMetric muscles will continue to get stronger and safeguard you from any potential sidelining injuries.

The Blue Whale Exercise Program will change your muscle structure in approximately 8 weeks. And if you take with you a prescription of my on land exercise, in 8 weeks the muscles that used to dominate your golf swing, will be completely replaced with muscles that create cyntrifical force.

Valerie and Ben were driving home from the West Coast Tour in February 1949. On their way home, heading down into Van Horn, Texas, the roads were really icy and a heavy fog had descended upon the whole area. Valerie and Ben entered a low bridge and once on there was no way off. As they entered the bridge, Ben saw four lights coming at him....

Ben and Valerie Hogan had just finished the West Coast Tour in 1949. Before Ben left California, he called his brother Royal and asked him for a favor. 1400 Forest Lane was Valerie's dream house. The house was in the nicest part of Fort Worth, Texas and as youngsters they would often walk by the house and she would dream of owning the spacious backyard with the built in barbeque pit and the beautiful coffee nook in the front of the house that jutted into the neighborhood....

I am an honorary member of the New York Historical Society. I have given lectures to the Historical Society as a guest speaker on multiple occasions. I love all history as the past allows you to see the future. But the history I love the most is the colorful history of the game of golf. As a PGA professional of 35 years, I have studied the methods of the masters....

Coaching college golf was one of the best work experiences I had. I found the work to be extremely gratifying and have remained close with the students I coached years later. As a college coach, especially in D3, you have a responsibility to help your students find different paths for their life's work. Coaching at the D3 level, students get no financial aid or scholarships, so they play for the love of the game and they represent their college whenever they step on a golf course....

I'd like to tell you a little story about Will Zalatoris. For those that don't know Will, he is one of the newest members of the PGA Tour. Extremely talented player, has the classic golf swing that is powerful and repeatable. Will growing up as a youngster, loved the game of golf. He'd go to the golf course by himself, he'd play a round of golf with three golf balls, one ball was his, the others belonged to Tiger Woods and Phil Michelson....

As a PGA golf professional of 40+ years, I am always asked the question, what is the most important thing that you need to do to play professional golf? The difference between playing with your friends and professionally is the amount of pressure that is put on you physically rather than mentally. For example, you're playing in your first LPGA event and you shoot 101....

In 1928, a fifteen-year-old Ben Hogan was playing in the Caddy Championship at Glen Garden Country Club against another caddy by the name of Byron Nelson. The winner received a year-long membership at the country club and second place was rewarded a golf club. The tournament began and the match was tied going to the 18th hole. On the 18th hole, Ben Hogan had carted a par-four and Byron needed to make a 40-footer to tie with Ben....
