Unfortunately- Due to settings established by Michael Xirinach and owner Sandra Orofino, users cannot delete their card information on their own. You must call them directly to request the removal. They will not answer the Legacy phone number.

🚨I feel compelled to share my deep concern about donating through businesses like The Legacy Pickleball Club, especially when they are run by individuals with troubling pasts. I have personally experienced the deception and fraud of Michael Xirinachs, a convicted felon who has defrauded thousands, including myself, of which neither Michael or his associate Sandra Orofino are willing to repay.

It’s alarming to think that Michael Xirinachs, who is currently on federal probation and has recently pled guilty to another felony, could extend his reach to even more victims…. WHAT IS MX’s latest you ask???
Michael and his Cronies are targeting shareholders and jeopardizing the future of AIM Immuno Tech, all for personal gain. This is a serious matter that threatens innocent lives for profit. Read on… (Article in comments) As Michael devises plans that could rob AIM Immuno Tech of millions, both shareholders and the patients seeking cures will be affected, causing them to lose not only their investments but also TIME and HOPE.

Supporting such a business or partnering with Legacy Pickleball Club has implications that go far beyond financial losses for donors.
