Stalls available now (think winter board!), Burnt Hills (near MS & park), new paddocks- 2 stalls in each, 12x12s matted, super quiet, beautiful 7 acre pasture, well maintained, water, power, storage available, owner on property.

Self-care $200
Full-board $450 before Oct 1st. After, prices will depend on hay sourcing (you or me).

Available now, or plan ahead for winter! Burnt Hills (close to park), super quiet, friendly boarding available. 12x12, matted stalls. New paddocks that each have 2 immediate stalls. 7 acre pasture. Perfect for pleasure and/or retired horses.

Horse board available in Burnt Hills (or secure your winter stalls now)! 7 ac pasture, Dry, never muddy. Pasture recently overseeded and in revitalization, Large barn has 4 stalls & expansive storage, small barn is 2 stalls (Amish built), elec & water in barn. Low key, extremely private. New paddocks in progress. Perfect for retired and/or pleasure horses.
* Pasture board, self care $200 (1) avail.
* Partial board, details negotiable (ie feeding sched, supplies, etc)Start $275
* Full board includes grain & hay supplied, feet checked, fly masks/sheets/ blankets as needed. $400-$450 depending on needs.
