It is time for the count to begin! We finally hit the 150 mark today. Starting tomorrow 1 visit per day, per person will be counted. Please scan in so your visit can be counted when you go. If anyone has tried getting a hold of us through email our email was hacked. Our mail host froze the account and I have to reset the password. The password reset email is going to the frozen email address so I can't reset the email. So needless to say we currently have no email available. Keep getting healthy Ballinger and we are still just 4 people away from our 150 member promotion so if you know anyone that might want to join send them our way!

Just sharing this information for whoever decided to go into the office area, grab the AC remote and change them to 68°. Unless you're interested in paying my electric bill when it is $1000 please don't do that. Your thermostat at your house is yours, do with it what you will, but DO NOT adjust ours. If found in violation it will result in a permanent revocation of your membership.

5 Toe Family I need your help! We want to bless some of our local families that will be affected by the cuts to social programs. Members please nominate families that are in danger of not being able to celebrate Thanksgiving by dropping their name either in our drop box at the gym or in a private message. Please don't start throwing people's personal business around on this post. If you don't know anyone to nominate, but still feel compelled to help you can drop a monetary donation in our box at the facility. Our goal is to feed at least 5 families, but if we can help more we will! Please share this post!

The Bearcats know a little about adversity!

They lost their starting QB to an ACL tear in track…. Then lost their new starting QB to an ankle injury in the opener against Merkel.

Since then they've gone 3-1 with their most recent win over Stanton on their homecoming Friday night.

They have done this with a new AD/HC in Bryan Gayoso and only playing one 2A team in non-district, playing up in their 4 other games they have finished with a 3-2 record!

Wow!
