Big time news Ballinger! Coming soon, we have something special brewing! Small City Nutrition will have a location set up at 5 Toe Fitness. My goal has always been getting people healthy and this is the next step. Spread the word, more news to follow!!

Thank you to Ballinger Police Department for helping to remove 2 individuals that have been using our facilities without a membership and without paying daily fees for at least a month now. Luckily for them I am with my wife in the ICU in Austin. Unlucky for them my security cameras still work while I'm away.
Warnings are over. I am not running a charity. I am sinking almost every penny I make into expanding our offerings and making 5 Toe Fitness bigger and better.
If you would like to bring a friend or family member as a guest let me know ahead of time. THIS IS A ONE TIME THING. Your membership is an Inividual Membership. That means you ONLY! If you need a Friends and Family Membership we've got that too.
I urge everyone to not mistake my kindness for weakness. You might not get caught right away, but I promise you that you will be caught!

It is time for the count to begin! We finally hit the 150 mark today. Starting tomorrow 1 visit per day, per person will be counted. Please scan in so your visit can be counted when you go. The 150th visitor will receive ONE YEAR FREE! So the more often you go the higher chance you have to win! Go to the gym, get healthy and win a free membership. Doesn't get better than that!

If anyone has tried getting a hold of us through email our email was hacked. Our mail host froze the account and I have to reset the password. The password reset email is going to the frozen email address so I can't reset the email. So needless to say we currently have no email available. Keep getting healthy Ballinger and we are still just 4 people away from our 150 member promotion so if you know anyone that might want to join send them our way!
