🔥WOW🔥 For three straight days, Lake Murray was filled with nonstop boating, unforgettable activities, incredible scenery, and the kind of fellowship that makes The Dam Boat Run at Lake Murray so special. From helicopter tours and raft-ups to evening celebrations, an epic bikini contest, and the run touring one of the largest manmade lakes in the southeast, the energy all weekend long was simply unmatched.

Most importantly, we are proud to announce that together we raised over $50,000 for The Big Red Barn Retreat, the Richland County Sheriff's Department Foundation, and Camp Discovery. What an incredible impact made possible by this amazing boating community.

A huge thank you to our sponsors, participants, volunteers, and supporters who have helped transform The Dam Boat Run from a small gathering into a nationally recognized charity boating event in just four years. The growth we've experienced has exceeded every expectation, and it's all because of you.

Special thanks to pilots Cliff Fisher and Kylan Wilson for showcasing Lake Murray and the event from the skies, and to photographers Jeff Helmkamp and John Boozer for capturing the memories, excitement, and friendships that made this weekend unforgettable.

One thing became crystal clear this year: the new event dates were a HUGE success! Because of the overwhelming positive feedback, we are excited to announce that The Dam Boat Run will continue to be held the weekend following Memorial Day.

The helicopter tours over Lake Murray during The Dam Boat Run weekend were an absolute smash hit! From powerboats carving across the water to breathtaking views of the lake, participants and community members alike experienced Lake Murray from an unforgettable perspective.

For those not on the water, it was an incredible opportunity to witness the excitement of The Dam Boat Run and take in the majestic scenery that makes Lake Murray one of the most beautiful destinations in the Southeast. The smiles, excitement, and stunning aerial views made this one of the most talked-about additions to the weekend!
