These rules and requirements are subject to change. No ATVs unless posted ride day states otherwise or the track is rented for ATV ride only.

Everyone, including spectators, on premises MUST sign a waiver of liability form. NO Riding Without Hel
met and full protective gear, anywhere at any time. Speed Limit is 4MPH everywhere, except on the track. Riders are to use 1st gear to and from the track. Please pick up your area before you leave. All trash is to be placed in the cans/bags provided. No unauthorized personnel on the track at any time. Riders 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult. SkyTrax Racing is not responsible for loss or damage of personal property. All riders are responsible for their own medical insurance. People transported by ambulance will be responsible for their own bill. Be courteous and respect all riders on the track regardless of speed and abilities. Unsportsmanlike conduct of any kind will not be tolerated. Those riding in a reckless manner will be asked to leave. At no time will inappropriate riding be tolerated. Any participants of this behavior will be asked to leave the park immediately. This includes riding or jumping the sides of jumps, berms, or any other areas of the property not designated or identified as the "Track Area." Fighting will not be tolerated and anyone found in violation will be removed from the park. Anyone caught destroying property will be arrested and prosecuted to the full extent of the law and will be banned from the premises. We reserve the right to refuse business to anyone for any reason. By entering this property, you are assuming personal responsibility for your own actions, actions of others in your party, and actions of minor children. We are not liable for personal injury, death, lost, damaged or stolen property. SkyTraxRacing MX Park is not responsible for any and all injuries caused or inflicted by any wildlife, stray, or domestic animals, insects, reptiles, and / or amphibians of any kind. SkyTraxRacing MX Park can and will close track, at any time, for track maintenance. Track maintenance includes, but is not limited to: Prep work, watering, irrigation repair, and safety issues. No riding will be permitted during track maintenance unless approved by track officials. MOTOCROSS RIDING IS A DANGEROUS ACTIVITY AND CAN CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY AND EVEN DEATH. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE INDIVIDUAL RIDER TO RIDE WITHIN THEIR LIMITS AND ABILITIES AT ALL TIMES. SKYTRAXRACING MX PARK DOES NOT PROVIDE RIDERS' INSURANCE - THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. YOU ARE RIDING AT YOUR OWN RISK. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE, SKYTRAXRACING MX PARK RECOMMENDS THAT YOU DO NOT RIDE.
