Laura and I had a good hike this morning for National Trails Day. A little wet, but no crowds! Judy and Sam had a very informative booth with great information about hiking!🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

THE FITNESS CONNECTION WALKERS ARE WALKING AT BUHLOW RECREATION PARK AT 9 AM TOMORROW, APRIL 25th. We need to celebrate completing our 8th 💯 Mile Challenge! We start again on May 1st.
