A little ADULT class update:

When we introduced adult dance classes, we did it because you asked for them. We were so excited to create a space for adults in our community to dance, move, and have a little fun!

Unfortunately, after giving the classes a few months to build, attendance wasn’t enough to keep them sustainable, so we have made the decision to officially close our adult dance classes for now.

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who showed up, danced with us, and supported this program. And who knows… this may not be goodbye forever. 👀

Thank you for continuing to support Velvet Chair Dance Academy and helping us build programs our community wants to see. 💚

Our student dance classes are going strong and we love getting to dance with our littles! Excited for another full day of classes with them today 😍

We heard you. 💚

Many of you asked for adult classes, and we were excited to bring them to our community. Now we need your help to keep them going.

Our adult classes will remain on the schedule for the next 2-3 weeks, but if attendance doesn’t improve, we’ll have to pause them for the time being.

If you’ve been meaning to come, consider this your sign! Whether it’s Barre, Line Dancing, Fitness Dance, or simply taking an hour for yourself, we’d love to have you in class.

No registration required.
💲$10 per class or $15 if attending both on Tuesday.

The best way to support local programs you want to see is to show up. We hope to dance with you soon! 🩰🤠🪩

Now that school is back in session and routines are falling into place, it’s the perfect time to add dance to your child’s week.

At Velvet Chair Dance Academy, we’re building more than strong dancers—we’re building confidence, friendships, discipline, creativity, and a place where every child feels like they belong.
