I have decided to Join the Team Beach Body because I noticed that I am getting heavier since I had my baby in June 2014. I am so used to being so light, weighing anywhere from 95lbs - 106 lbs in my entire adult life that weighing more than 130lbs is very very hard for me to get used to. I started with 21 day Fix and had a great result. I started to feel good about myself again after the FIRST ROUND. I also Joined the Team Beach Body, because I love Fitness may it be Jogging, Running, and I Love seeing people taking care of their body and being mindful of their over-all health. I feel like if I will be part of this Team and I will be part of people's Journey toward changing their Lives for the Better and Healthier Lifestyle then I will be Happy and Proud of myself. That will be a success for me right there! BTW, I am keeping the weight off and building the muscles, I am a lot STRONGER now and healthier!
