It's been awesome watching the kiddos reslly embrace conditioning. We do 5-10 minutes of conditioning every class on top of positional sparring and regular rounds. The positional sparring and conditioning have been paying dividends for our kiddos. They have been looking sharp and on point.

June is men's mental health awareness month. As a lot of us remember, when covid shut down the world, we had a lot of students who ended up committing su***de. Not having a sense of community is absolutely awful for people's mental health. Come join a positive environment, make friends, and have a place to connect with people.
