Happy Birthday to our very own living legend: Coach Dan!

You've never been one for praise, you just let the work speak for itself. But today, LYFE isn't letting you off that easy.

Strong. Caring. Competitive. Hardworking. Energetic. Fast. Perpetually caffeinated, always with your own homemade electrolyte mix because of course regular Gatorade isn't good enough for you. A man who wants the best for every single one of us and who tries to do it all, and somehow, actually is good at it all, well except for texting. But we're working on that 😏.

But when we asked our LYFERS to describe you, the answers went so far past "coach." Friend. Loving father. The best gym partner anyone could ask for.

What started as a fitness community became a family and that's because of you. Thank you for building something that lifts us up in every sense of the word.
