Yesterday, Logan was promoted to his Grey-White Belt! 🥋

Logan started his journey with us back at our former location, Logic Irwindale, as a student in our toddlers program. Today, he’s grown into one of our juniors, and it’s been incredible to watch his progress along the way.

Between then and now, Logan has shown tremendous improvement, dedication, and maturity on the mats. He’s become a great teammate. Always willing to help his training partners and step up whenever needed. Those qualities are just as important as the techniques he learns.

It’s crazy to think how long he’s been with us and how much he’s grown, both as a grappler and as a person.

This Grey-White Belt is well deserved. Congratulations, Logan! 👏🥋

Our No-Gi program has been a huge success, and the mats are getting busier every week. Because of the growth, we’ve added an additional No-Gi class on Thursdays to give everyone more opportunities to train.

All kids classes will be closed on Saturday, June 13 due to our In-House Competition at Logic La Verne.

We encourage all students to come out, support their teammates, and enjoy a day of friendly competition.

One of our newest Mighty Mights just earned her first stripe! 🌟

She joined us right when we opened Logic Baldwin Park, and she’s been on fire ever since. Always focused, always working hard, and always giving her best effort on the mats.

We don’t force our kids to compete. It’s completely their choice. But we do encourage it.

Competition is one of the best ways to measure your skill level, step outside your comfort zone, and learn valuable lessons about resilience, humility, and respect for others.

When our students compete, we simply ask that they give their best effort. At the end of the day, the medals aren’t what matter most. It’s what they learn from the experience.

Support your kids if they want to compete! And as always, talk with their instructor first to make sure they’re ready for the experience. 😄🥋
