Check out her Yoga Sculpt classes beginning April 7th on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30am (booking now open!) and, for the month of April, she will be subbing Hot Flow on Wednesdays at 5:45pm!

In this focused session, we’ll break down the mechanics of splits and guide you through targeted mobility drills, strength work, and supportive stretching to safely open your hamstrings and hip flexors.

This isn’t about forcing the pose—it’s about building strength, control, and patience so your flexibility actually sticks. You’ll leave with tools you can keep using in your own practice to keep progressing.

All levels welcome — no full splits required.
