My way of giving back to the community is through sharing my knowledge to the coming generations.

My parents couldn’t afford that performance coach or strength coach to make me better in my sport. I always wanted to compete and be better.

I am grateful for the position I am in today. I have the opportunity to teach others the skills and knowledge I’ve learned through school, self exploration, certifications, and related experiences.

If you’re a parent and your student athlete has been wanting to learn how to lift or get in the gym. I would be more than happy to show them the ropes.
