Posterior Fascia Relief -- The muscles of the posterior leg run along the full length of the bones. This makes foam rolling difficult and you end up addressing trigger points instead of releasing connective tissue - its hard to tell the difference if your body hasnt experienced them both, regularly. What am i doing here?? Some Active Release, some Proprioceptive Neuromuscular... im getting to the hamstring fascia by shortening, then lengthening the muscles while dragging my knee between these long muscles - extremely delicate and effective. The gluteals are rotating muscles so i pin them and rotate the hip away from the pin. shortening the calf achilles complex and lengthening under moderate pressure 💪🏽!
