Kyle Petheram graduated from BHS in ‘07 and is an Eastern Oregon University graduate with a degree in exercise science. An accomplished college football player, he has trained with some of the best trainers and athletes in the country. Kyle has been working with young athletes for over 5 years and now brings his expertise and talents to the island.

If you want to be explosive you have to train for it! These hurdle hops are one of my favorite plyometric exercises to build expletive power. Very proud of my Saturday morning speed training group for the work they have been putting in. Gotta grind to shine!

Taught my man Sam Wysong how to hang sn**ch today and got his form dialed! This is one of the best exercise to build explosive power. Watch this video and tell me this explosive movement won't make you a better athlete!
