An energetic class to get you moving freely and confidently to Latin Dance music. We’ll explore the foundational basics of Salsa, Bachata, Cumbia and Merengue. Find your rhythm, fast or slow and develop your own style. Learn to dance solo and with a partner. No partner or previous experience required to participate.

BDC’s 45th Annual Student Performances
June 16-21, 2026 at BPA

BDC Performances feature dancers ages four to adult in ballet, contemporary, hip hop, modern and tap. Our Advanced Ballet Program will present Alice in Wonderland with graduating seniors Juliette Woods, Lillian Bell, Margaret Coulter and Vera Cromrich.

On Tuesdays the incredibly talented Barbara Deering teaches Adult Intro to Tap at 1:00pm and Adult Tap 1 at 2:00pm. Feel free to stay for both or take a level up and stay for Adult Tap 2 with Kara Beadle at 3:00pm. We offer monthly memberships or you can drop in whenever it fits in your day. First class free!
