Hello Aikido Friends,
As a Guitar player, Ive always talked about the relationship between Uki and Nage. Its a lot like two musicians playing a song together. There is a connection required between both practitioners for the song to be played well. As in life, you must be able to lead as well as follow.
I could say much more.... but to commit to practice is where the magic happens.
Just letting you all know I will be teaching guitar again at our dojo.

Thanks for joining us on Saturday at our Aikido and Kenjutsu demo! Kids and parents took an Aikido class with Mills Sensei and then everyone enjoyed a sword, bokken, and jo demonstration. It was great to see so many interested people.
