Fitness Meets Fairways! 💪⛳️💕

A little behind-the-scenes look at what it means to be a small business owner supporting an event in a community I love.

For Wing Point Country Club’s Women’s Member Guest Tournament, that meant DIY life-size Barbie cutouts, custom cocktail napkins, signage, water bottles + electrolytes for the goodie bag, late-night design sessions, and an early morning setup. *hot pink onesie from Dana's on Bainbridge + Wilder Grace

BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND: Our Summer Hot Yoga series was so well-received that we are bringing it back! This time for 6 weeks with our talented friend, Jenna McDonald. Jenna (500-hr E-RYT) is a body-movement educator, facilitator, and yoga instructor with over 20 years of practice guiding asana. She specializes in 200-Hr Yoga Trainings, Private Mentorships, and her annual 8-Day Retreat in Costa Rica Feb. 12-19th every year. Seeing people linger on the patio after class, catching up over coffee, sharing a few extra minutes together before heading back into the day.

This is exactly why we created this space. We wanted a place where movement, connection, and community could continue beyond the studio doors.

It’s why we added coffee pods at the front desk. And a fridge full of fun beverages. It’s why we dreamed up a patio where people could stay awhile.

Seeing it come to life and watching you use this space the way we hoped you would means so much to us.

Thank you for making Lighthouse more than a place to work out. Thank you for filling it with connection, conversation, and community. We love seeing you here. 💛

We've got a full lineup of movement, breath, and rhythm this July. Here's what's coming up.

🧘 HOT VINYASA YOGA — 4 Week Summer Series
Join guest instructor Charlsey for a 4-week Hot Summer Series, kicking off this Saturday, July 11th, 10-11:15am in the hot studio. Vinyasa pairs breath with continuous motion, calming the heart while strengthening the body. It's the kind of practice that meets you exactly where you are, whether that's your first flow or your five hundredth. Show up all four weeks or drop in when you can.

💃 DANCING SALSA
Salsa instructors Renee Hodgson and Ryan Montecucco are offering a free community class on Tuesday, July 14th from 7:30-8:30pm, and by they come back again on Tuesday, July 21st. Salsa is one of the best forms of cardio out there, and dancing is just good for the soul. Come move, laugh, and sweat a little.

🌬️ DEEP BREATHE
We're excited to welcome guest practitioner (and Lighthouse instructor) Ashley Zupan back for a special breathwork session on Monday, July 20th from 5:45-6:45pm. It looks relaxing (and it is), but breathwork might be one of the most underrated tools out there. Learning to use your breath effectively engages your core at the next level. The more you practice, the more you engage. Calm your nervous system, release stress, and reconnect your mind and body.

Last Friday was one of those evenings I wish I could bottle up and keep forever.

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate Lighthouse turning three and the expansion into our new space. Looking around the room and seeing so many familiar faces, old friends, new friends, members, instructors, family, and supporters all gathered together was incredibly special.

Lighthouse has never just been about fitness. It has always been about people. The people who show up for class. The people who encourage one another. The people who trust us with an hour of their day and make this community what it is.

To our instructors, thank you for bringing your energy, care, and expertise day after day. To our members, thank you for showing up, supporting one another, and making Lighthouse feel like home.

Three years ago, this was a dream. Today, it is something bigger than I ever imagined, and it only exists because of all of you.

Thank you for celebrating with us. Thank you for believing in Lighthouse. Thank you for being part of this community.

Here's to year four. 💛

Happy Birthday, Lighthouse! 🎉

We're celebrating another year of movement, connection, and community and we'd love for you to join us.

Stop by this Friday, June 19th from 4-6pm as we celebrate our recent expansion and this next chapter for Lighthouse.

We'll have light bites, cocktails and mocktails, a raffle, and plenty of time to connect with members, friends, neighbors, and everyone who has helped make Lighthouse what it is today.

This community is the heart of Lighthouse. We're so grateful for every person who has walked through our doors, taken a class, cheered someone on, or made this place feel welcoming and special.

This past year has brought a lot to celebrate. A beautiful new space, new friendships, familiar faces, and so many moments of strength, growth, and connection. We're incredibly grateful to be sharing it all with this community.

We hope you'll come celebrate with us.

Under the stairs, tucked into a little nook of the studio, you'll find a painting with just one word: BOLD.

Being bold is not a posture of aggression, but of self-awareness and acceptance. You know who you are, your abilities and capabilities. You are so comfortable in your body that you’ve become confident, brave…. Bold. The light in you shines so bright, you are impossible to miss.

And that's why the word feels right at home at Lighthouse.

Under the stairs, tucked into a little nook of the studio, you'll find a painting that owner, Kristin created herself.

Just one word: BOLD.

Not because being bold means being the loudest person in the room.

Being bold is showing up before you feel ready. Trying the class that intimidates you. Lifting the heavier weight. Walking through the door for the first time. Trusting yourself enough to take up space.

It's choosing growth over comfort and curiosity over fear.
Over the years, we've watched people become stronger here. Not just physically, but in the way they carry themselves. More confident. More certain of who they are. More willing to try something new.

That's the kind of bold we're talking about.

And that's why the word feels right at home at Lighthouse.
