PUBLIC STATEMENT:
Yesterday, our gym was temporarily closed after an illegal substance was identified on the premises. Local law enforcement was immediately notified and responded promptly to handle the situation.
We take this matter extremely seriously. Following the incident, we conducted a thorough review of all areas of the facility where member access is permitted to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers and staff. We are confident that appropriate due diligence has been completed.
We are deeply disappointed that someone would engage in behavior that puts others at risk. This conduct is completely unacceptable and does not reflect the values of our gym community and will not be tolerated.
As a proactive step moving forward, we are implementing the following changes and expectations, effective immediately:
The facility will be closed daily from 11:00 PM to 4:30 AM. During this time, access will not be granted to members, with the exception of law enforcement customers.
Any member who allows a non-member access to the facility will face suspension of their membership. This policy will be strictly enforced.
It is imperative that all members scan in at the door or select “Check-In” within the mobile app upon entry so that accurate attendance records are maintained at all times.
We appreciate the cooperation and understanding of our members as we take these steps to maintain a safe, respectful, and responsible environment.
