Chris Knight Fitness

Chris Knight Fitness Chris Knight is a Master Personal Trainer who operates out of Online Fitness Skyline. Though he focuses a ton on movement correction, do not let that trick you.

He has over 7+ years of experience and in that time has coached over 500+ athletes with a wide range of strange and normal goals. Chris Knight has been in the Fitness Industry for over 7 years and has taught both group and one-on-one training. Within that time, he has Coached and programmed for over 500+ clients with various of goals ranging from weight loss to teaching a lung transplant survivor

how to sprint with one lung (true story!). His own fitness journey began while playing sports in high school (lacrosse and tennis) and it had accelerated once he had found Crossfit and Olympic Lifting. After getting certified and working at a couple different gyms, he had observed the types of injuries and needs that were being neglected and had shifted his focuses not only into strength and conditioning but learning how to better everyday movement patterns so his clients could keep doing the things they loved whether it was sport related or specific goal oriented. Though his original mindset was to pursue a career in physical therapy, he found that by focusing on a certain type of fitness with a mindset of perfecting movement he could achieve his goal in helping people stay healthy or providing prehab/rehab needs while maintaining a certain level of intensity and challenges so his clients would trust that he genuinely wanted them to get back to what they loved doing. His workouts are both intense and you will stay moving throughout the whole session while focusing on your needs rather than assuming them. If you are looking to accelerate your results and want to learn how to love and appreciate your fitness journey, reach out to Chris today and receive some immediate feedback or help in doing so!

Does the snow have you stuck at home and MAD that you can’t hit the gym?
Food for thought, but maybe instead of beating yourself up and QUITTING because you can’t pump iron today, you go out and do some old fashion manual labor:
Slide 1 is a quick full body session I did today (usually in the mid 400-500 calorie range)
Slide 2 is about an hourish of shoveling (500+)
If you’re looking for calories out then get up and move. Even if you’re aiming for strength or aesthetic goals, something is better than nothing and General Physical Preparation (GPP) work does effectively make you swole and strong 💪🏻

You may not FEEL like putting the work in on Mondays but all that matters is that you showed up and gave what you had.
Working on some Squat Clean triples today - not my best but I got my work in and that’s all that matters 💪🏻
