I have had clients who begin the program with me and cancel the within a month.
Simply bc 2 weeks later they say there is no difference.
But then come to find out from the little birds that they didnβt do their βcardioβ and they have βdate nightsβ with spouse/peers. (Which βdoesnβt countβ according to them.)
And kept it from me.
If I know ahead of time we can work around it.
