Hey everyone!!
I’m looking at doing video sessions with people that want to work out but need someone to workout with and motivate them. I’m still working out details, but wanted to give everyone a heads up. It will be at least a few weeks out, since I am in the middle of moving. More details soon! Have a wonderful day!

For the people that don’t know. We are moving out of the Bacliff area, so if I can squeeze more dates in I will but I will no longer be having any bootcamps after the 3rd week of may.

BOOTCAMP
Hey ladies!!! Wanted to try to get a headcount for Saturday 9am!!
It will be for one hour, we will be doing 10min of stretching, 10min of walking, the other 40min will be hiit workouts, if you have small weights, yoga mat bring those 🙂 if not you can do the workouts without weights!
PLEASE BRING WATER! You will need it! And maybe a sweat rag as well. Can’t wait to see everyone!

Hopefully one of these or even all will work for people, I will be out of pocket for a week and half after, but when I get back I will be planning a few dates for bootcamps ❤
