After having the opportunity to watch a lot of youth sports this year, I noticed a real need for young athletes to better understand the basic fundamentals of basketball.

Too often, kids are stepping on the court without confidence in the core skills of the game — dribbling, passing, shooting, finishing at the rim, defensive movement, and overall basketball IQ. When those foundational skills are missing, the game can quickly become frustrating and overwhelming for a young athlete.

I’ve also saw a huge need for kids to build a stronger athletic foundation. It’s surprising how many young athletes go through an entire season without ever being taught how to do a basic push-up . Learning how to move well, build strength, and develop body control is a huge part of long-term athletic development.

That’s exactly why I created this camp.

This program is designed to help middle school athletes become:
• more skilled
• more confident
• stronger
• and more prepared when they step on the court

Over these 6 weeks, athletes will learn basketball fundamentals, basic strength and conditioning, and how to make better, faster decisions in game situations.

Most importantly, this camp is an opportunity for athletes to grow, improve, and build confidence in what they are capable of.

I’m also excited to have Philly basketball standout Jesse Morgan as part of this camp. His high-level playing experience, basketball knowledge, and ability to teach the game will be a major asset for these athletes and will help take this program to another level.

We’re both excited to get started and look forward to seeing each athlete’s progress from start to finish.

See you all Sunday.

Julie Lynn....thank you for this.

What stands out isn’t just the photos.

It’s the consistency behind them.

“2 days a week can change your life.”

Most people think it takes more than that.

It doesn’t.

It just takes doing the right things—consistently.

We’re so proud of you and grateful to be part of it.

Grateful to be part of a gym where people feel welcomed, supported, and empowered to become their best. 🙏

Big shout out to Move Better Athlete JJ Stec and his commitment to Wilkes University this coming year! Woohoo 💪🏐💙💛. He has worked so hard inside the gym and on the court. We wish him the best in his college career.

The best athletes don’t just work on their sport.

They work on becoming better athletes.

They build strength.
They improve how they move.
They prepare their bodies so they can perform when the season starts.

The off-season is the best time to do that work.

That’s exactly why we created this 8-week Sports Performance program.

It’s designed to help high school athletes:

Build real strength that carries over to sport

Move better and handle the demands of competition

Improve durability so they can stay on the field, not the sidelines

Head into the season feeling confident and prepared

This isn’t random workouts or “run them into the ground” training.

Just smart, well-coached work that helps athletes become stronger, more capable competitors.

Happy International Women’s Day.

Strong.
Confident.
Capable.

That’s what happens when women decide to show up for themselves.

The women in our community do it every day—getting stronger, supporting each other, and proving to themselves that they’re capable of far more than they once believed.

We’re proud of every one of you. 💪
