On July 18, we're coming together for the 3rd annual In Memory of Lenny — a workout to honor Lenny Pace and to stand behind something he believed in: that movement is medicine.

We've partnered with Project Patriot 22 and NYPD CrossFit - NYPD MetFix to raise awareness for mental health and su***de prevention in the veteran and first responder community. Every dollar raised sponsors gym memberships for those who served.

Free for members, $20 for non-members. Everyone's welcome — scale it, share it, just show up.
