Nowadays it seems like technology can consume our lives. We can get sucked up into virtual tasks or scrolling and run out of time to get fresh air and connect with nature on the daily. Many times online platforms are designed for addiction, but Nature’s Playbook does the opposite. We help you easily discover stories and outdoor experiences so you can quickly disconnect from your screen and get back outside 🫶

What outdoor story would you share?

Rarely does a single book alter the course of history, but Rachel Carson’s Silent Spring did exactly that. The outcry that followed its publication in 1962 forced the banning of DDT and spurred revolutionary changes in the laws affecting our air, land, and water. Carson’s passionate concern for the future of our planet reverberated powerfully throughout the world. As Carson reminds us, “In nature, nothing exists alone.”

Last weekend we were in Denver for Outside Days. It was so awesome to see a lot of the same brands and friends from the last couple years, as well as make some new ones! Even though we didn’t have a booth this year, we got to go and talk to more people about getting outside and reconnecting with friends we made the last couple years. Overall, it reiterated the importance of community and the importance of integrating nature into our everyday lives. Excited for the new connections we’ve made and seeing how we can keep supporting small and local businesses.
