We’re very excited to welcome Mark Burdin to the APU Track & Field family!

Originally from Russia 🇷🇺, Mark joins us as a 4-time All-American transfer and one of the nation’s top combined-events athletes. He owns a personal best of 7,582 points in the decathlon, highlighted by a 3rd-place finish in the decathlon and a 4th-place finish in the heptathlon at the 2025 NCAA Division II Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

We’re thrilled to have Mark on board and can’t wait to see what he accomplishes this season wearing brick and black.
