As a booster club, our hearts are so full watching this team represent not just themselves, but our entire community.

Our Tiger Paws stepped onto the State floor and gave everything they had. You could feel it in every count; the heart, the emotion, the fight. These dancers didn’t just perform routines, they told the story of their season, and they carried all of us with them while they did it.

What an incredible outcome they had on one of the biggest stages of the year! 5th place in 1–4A Specialty routines with their powerful Hunger Games Military routine, Top 10 in Pom with a 9th place finish, and 8th place overall with their combined scores; missing 7th place by just 0.06 points!

Out of 33 teams across 1–5A, finishing 13th in Specialty routines is something to truly celebrate. These are strong, competitive placements that reflect the level this team has worked so hard to reach.

But what means the most to us isn’t just where they placed, it’s who they are. Behind those scores is a group of dancers who have been lifted up by their families, supported by their coaches, cheered on by their school, and backed by a community that believes in them.

Our Tiger Paws have worked, sacrificed, grown, and leaned on each other every step of the way. Through every challenge, they chose to keep showing up, keep pushing forward, and keep believing; not just in themselves, but in each other. That’s what makes this team so special!

As a Booster Club we are beyond proud of the way they represented the Tiger Paws organization, their school, and our town! They represented with strength, grace, and heart and carried our name with pride! We hope they know just how many people were standing behind them every step of the way.

This moment doesn’t define them, it builds them because in this program, in this community, quitting simply isn’t who we are. Quitting isn’t in our bloodline!

This is not the end of their story it’s a powerful step forward. We will all be right here, proud and ready to cheer them on as they continue to rise.

Our Tiger Paws Booster Club is currently seeking a Team Sponsor to support our dancers as they prepare to compete at the NMAA State Competition! 🐾

Our athletes have worked incredibly hard all season representing Aztec with pride, dedication, and school spirit. As they head into one of the biggest competitions of the year, we are looking for a local business or community supporter who would love to partner with our team and help offset travel and competition expenses.

Your sponsorship will directly support our dancers and help ensure they have everything they need to perform at their best on the state floor. In return, we will proudly to recognize our sponsor on social media and through our booster club platforms as a proud supporter of the Aztec Tiger Paws.

Our Tiger Paws Booster Club is honored, on this Senior Sunday, to recognize Nicole Lamphere. Nicole is a distinguished 5 year varsity letterman and proudly holds the honor of being the first Tiger Paw to dance on both the KMS and AHS Dance Teams! This milestone reflects her dedication and lasting impact on our program.

Throughout her years as a Tiger Paw, Nicole has exemplified leadership, commitment, and school pride. She has consistently pushed her team to strive for excellence, setting a high standard through her work ethic, determination, and heart for the program. On behalf of our Booster Club, we sincerely thank Nicole for her years of dedication and for the positive influence she has had on her teammates and our community.

Nicole, your legacy will continue to inspire future Tiger Paws. We are incredibly proud of you and wish you all the best in the next chapter of your journey. 🐾

Thank you Community & Future Tiger Paws!

From the bottom of hearts, thank you to everyone who supported our annual Tiger Paws Dance Clinic. To the families who registered, the future Tiger Paws who showed up ready to learn, the volunteers who helped behind the scenes, and the community members who continue to show up for us. Our Booster Club and Dancers are so grateful be part of the Aztec community.

This year’s performance held a very special meaning. We danced in honor of someone who cheered loudly, supported fiercely, and loved this program and our dancers with their whole heart. This week was a reminder of what this community is built on; love, support, and pride in one another.

A little rain couldn’t stop our amazing community! Thank you to everyone who baked, bought, and braved the weather to make our rainy day bake sale such a sweet success. Your support warmed our hearts, even on the soggiest of days.

Thanks to your generosity, our dancers can continue doing what they love—performing, competing, and representing our school with pride. We’re so grateful for every helping hand and every sweet tooth that came through!

Rain or shine it’s Bake Sale Day!!! Our Tiger Paws will be selling cupcakes, banana bread, cookies and more! They will also have Aztec Athletics Discount cards for sale! If you haven’t purchased one yet today is the day!! They have so many incredible local discounts, you don’t want to miss out!!
