What a weekend for our girls at the Toys for Tots Tournament!

After some tough early and late games, these athletes dug deep, battled through five straight games in the losers bracket, and fought their way all the way back to a well-earned second place finish. 💪🔥

The days were long, the competition was fierce, and the challenges were real — but this group showed nothing but heart, grit, and determination from start to finish.

We are SO proud of each and every one of them. ❤️ Their teamwork, energy, and fight were on full display all weekend.

Amazing job, ladies! 👏 Keep that fire burning!

🥎🚨TOURNAMENT MVP ALERT 🚨🥎

Way to go Adie on earning tournament MVP this weekend in the DGSA toys for tots tournament.

Adelina had an outstanding weekend on the mound. She battled through 5 games in bracket, pitching three no hitters and racking up a total of 43 strikeouts on the weekend earning the tournament MVP and helping her team take second place in the tournament. Congratulations Adie!

What a great game!! 11-10 with the W! Gradie pitched a great first game and was picked for MVP! Way to git-it-Gradie!! Bats were hot and ALL the girls played great! 💜🥎

It’s a good day for some softball! Took a W in the first pool game and are getting ready for game #2. The girl’s bats were HOT and Adi took the MVP for her smash hit that almost went over the fence! We are hoping the rain holds off so we can have some more fun! 🙏🏼💜🥎🫶🏼

💜Our prayers are with the NTX Knights and the Elliot family during this incredibly difficult time our hearts are with you all. 💜

🌹💔 The NTX Knights are grieving alongside our community after a tragic accident involving the Elliott family.

On Saturday night, a drunk driver struck their SUV head-on, claiming the life of Brytni Elliott and critically injuring Coach Spencer Elliott and their daughter, Allie.

Brytni was a devoted wife, mother, friend, and nurse whose compassion touched countless lives. She served selflessly in our community, most recently as the Director of Nursing at the Tarrant County Correctional Facility. Her light, love, and laughter will never be forgotten.

Spencer has given so much of himself to others — as a United States Navy Corpsman and currently a reservist in the United States Navy, a teacher and beloved coach at Keller High School, and a mentor and leader within the NTX Knights and FW Cats baseball & softball organizations. He has poured his heart into building young men and women of character both on and off the field.

Now, in the midst of unimaginable loss, their children — Cooper, Allie, and Eli — face the difficult road ahead as they grieve their mom while Spencer and Allie continue to heal.
