Saturday at A&M. Grand Prix meet in Texas that most people didn’t know was happening.

Every meet is a learning situation. Yesterday was not a big tail wind PR meet for most but how to deal with changing winds, rain delays and keeping poles dry. Hopefully things that will help us down the line. Overall with only a week back I thought we did pretty good.

SCHEDULE UPDATE: Due to the potential for scattered thunderstorms tomorrow, we are moving the start times for the Texas Sunset Vault up by 2 hours.

All group start times will shift up by two hours as follows:

Group 1: 12:00 PM
Group 2: 2:30 PM
Group 3: 5:00 PM
Group 4: 7:30 PM

This adjustment gives us some additional flexibility in the event that we experience weather delays during the day.

If a rain delay becomes necessary, please monitor your email for updates, as that will be our primary method of communication. We will also post updates on the Vault Zone page.

Additionally, please plan to arrive early. We will be operating on a rolling schedule, and groups may begin earlier than anticipated if conditions allow.

As a final reminder, we will have food, drinks, and snow cones available for purchase throughout the day. We will be accepting both cash and Venmo.
