Fun weekend shoot at the Hog Heaven Invitational in Dripping Springs, TX put on by DS High School. Thanks to Mark Burtch of DS High and Angela Gerlich of TSRA for a great event....both pistol and shotgun. Team award of 2nd place HOA for the Claymores. Best Performance by a shooter goes to Sam Guerra for a 1st in 5 Stand, 1st in Sporting Clays and 1st in Trap. Pistol team took 3rd in HOA, Jax Wilson took 2nd in Trap and Max Guerra took 2nd in Sporting Clays ........and we added a little endowment to the team account thanks to Midway Foundation, what a weekend!

Great Shoot taking 2nd HOA TEAM at the Hog Heaven Invitational in Dripping Springs, Texas with great shooting friends, these guys really worked for it! Best Performance in a Intermediate category goes to Sam Guerra for a 1st in Trap, 1st in 5 Stand and 1st in Sporting Clays.......I think he had his Wheaties! Great performances by all team members with a 3rd in Pistol Team HOA and several other awards in all events. Practice makes perfect! Thanks to all the other teams for the tough competition and Mark Burtch of Dripping Springs HS and Angela Gerlich from TSRA for a great shoot in both shotgun and pistol.

Visiting Reveille 9th with many other Shooters for SASP Regional shoot. BBQ dinner and great folks prior to shoot! Sanders Corp Center is a really cool place with Corp of Cadets Marksmanship Unit as our generous hosts!

Don't forget December 3, 2016 in MARBLE FALLS. We have a combined shoot with TSRA for pistol and 100 sporting clays at one of the prettiest courses I have ever seen. Participate in one or both, Shoot is up on Iclays for registration......come on down!

Congratulations to all the Olympic shooters at Kerrville, Texas trying for the 2020 Olympic Team. Great shooters like Kim Rhode, Morgan Craft, and Corey Unrein. If you want to go to the Olympics, the scores from the July USA National Championship event and this weekend will be the qualifying numbers to become one of the Olympic team.

Many other great shooters competing and working on the final positions on the USA team..
