“I need to get in shape before I join a gym.”

We hear this ALL. THE. TIME.

But that's like saying you need to learn how to swim before you take swimming lessons. 😂

Getting you in shape is literally why we're here.

You don't need to prepare for us. You don't need to know what you're doing. And you definitely don't need to keep up with the person next to you.

Our 6-week Back to You Bootcamp was built with beginners in mind. You'll start exactly where YOU are.

In fact, we'll map out your current fitness level so you know:

🗺️ Where you're starting
💪 What movements and workouts are appropriate for YOU
📈 What you're working toward next
🎯 And how to actually see the progress you're making

Can't run? Cool.
Never touched a barbell? Fine.
Haven't worked out since approximately 2014? 😂 COME ON.

You are not expected to show up fit.
You're expected to show up. We'll handle the rest.

And here's another perk: there's no special "bootcamp class" you have to fit into your schedule.

You'll be able to work out at ANY of our regular class times, so you can choose what works for your life each day.

⏰ CLASS TIMES

Monday–Thursday:
5:00 AM | 6:00 AM | 8:30 AM | 9:30 AM | 5:00 PM | 6:00 PM | 7:00 PM

Friday:
5:00 AM | 6:00 AM | 8:30 AM | 9:30 AM | 5:00 PM

Saturday:
9:00 AM

🔥 6 weeks | $250
🥗 Add nutrition coaching | $75

Officially starts August 24, but here's the fun part:
Sign up now and you can start working out with us immediately for FREE.

So technically, procrastinating is costing you free workouts. Just saying. 👀

📩 Message us BOOTCAMP and we'll get you started!

🔥 BACK TO YOU: 6-WEEK BOOTCAMP 🔥

School is back. Routines are coming back. Maybe it’s time to put YOU back on the list.

Starting August 24, we’re kicking off a 6-week beginner-friendly bootcamp at Redemption Barbell for people who are ready to start — or start again.

And when we say beginner friendly, we mean it.

You do NOT need to be in shape first.
You do NOT need to know how to lift weights.
You do NOT need to be able to run a mile, do a pull-up, or keep up with anyone else.

You just need to be willing to start. We’ll meet you where you are.
One of the first things we’ll do is help you figure out exactly where that is.

🗺️ You’ll get your own personalized fitness map showing where you currently are across different areas of fitness, what you’re ready to work on safely, and where you’re headed next.
No guessing. No comparing yourself to the person beside you. Your starting point. Your progress. Your next goal.

For $250, you’ll get:
💪 6 weeks of coached workouts
🗺️ Your personalized fitness map
📊 Starting + ending Fit3D scans
🙌 Coaching, accountability & progress tracking
🏋️ A program that can meet you at YOUR current fitness level

Want some extra help getting your nutrition back on track, too?
🥗 Add 6 weeks of nutrition coaching for $75.

Official start date: August 24.
BUT…if you sign up now, we’re not making you wait.
👉 Register now and start working out with us immediately at no additional cost. Your official six weeks don't even begin until August 24!

Which means the earlier you sign up, the more FREE training you get.

If you’ve been saying…
“I need to get back in shape.”
“I don’t even know where to start.”
“I’m nervous to walk into a gym.”
“I’ll start when the kids go back to school.”

Welllllll…they’re back. 😂
This is your sign.

6 weeks. $250. Beginner friendly. Personalized to YOU.

📩 Message us and let’s get you started.

Friday we completed our 2nd annual memorial workout: "KREED".

Kreed Nickolas Oldenkamp was born on July 21, 2024 and passed away 3 days later on July 24, 2024. His parents, Brock and Jamie Oldenkamp, have been devoted and loved members of Redemption Barbell since 2020. They embody the definition of community, always welcoming others in and making them feel at home in a space that can often be intimidating.

Walking through the loss of their sweet boy was equally one of the most heartbreaking times we've faced as a gym family and a time where we got to see the power and the beauty of a community that loves well.

Kreed was so loved. His life had purpose and meaning and even when we didn't understand the outcome, we've been so thankful the Lord has allowed us to see some of that purpose come to fruition on this side of Heaven.

Thank you, Brock and Jamie, for allowing us to walk with you through the past 2 years. Thank you for offering grace when we didn't say all the right things. Thank you for letting us carry your grief with you.

Redemption Barbell is a special place with even more special people. What a joy to live life alongside some of the best humans on the planet.

We love you, Kreed. You changed all of us for the better. 💚💙

Let's GOOOOO!!!!

07/01/2026

Hey friends!

Next week, 168 teens and pre-teens will be heading to Camp Akiva with us through Merge Community Church!

As we wrap up our final fundraiser at Redemption Barbell, we'd love to invite you to be part of it.

We've covered our wall with donation cards ranging from $10 to $500. Simply choose an amount, comment or message us, I'll give you some options on where to send your donation and we'll write your name on that card.

No gift is too small. Every dollar helps send a student to a week filled with sunshine, fun, friends, laughter, and Jesus! 🏕️🕶️☀️

Thank you for loving on these kids and investing in something that creates core memories. We truly couldn't do it without this community. ❤️
