Your off-season dictates how good your next cut will be.
Almost 2 years in, Olivia has completely changed her physique- not by constantly dieting, but by putting just as much effort into the seasons between cuts.
She eats enough to support her training.
Isn’t scared of gaining a little weight,
She trains hard and progressively gets stronger.
She prioritizes recovery and sleep.
And most importantly, she gives herself time to build muscle.
Because a cut doesn’t build the physique, you’re revealing what you built beforehand.
The more intentional you are with your nutrition and training during your off-season, the more muscle you have to reveal when it’s time to cut.
