Due to our lifeguards going back to school here are the new pool hours

Due to the poor air quality, Swim Metro is advising us to close the pool at 2 o'clock.

Effective July 22 the pool hours will be 11 till eight on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and will end on August 14

Just to set the record straight I was not the person that told the lifeguards to close the pool at 7 last evening the order came from the pool management company swim metro I was not aware that it closed early until I went to the pool this morning. I will not be discussing this matter anymore

Effective today the pool hours will go back to regular hours 10 AM to 7PM. We tried on trial basis to change the hours for three days a week from 11AM to 8 PM but due to the low turnout we are not going to continue.

Pool hours for the month of June

Monday's 10 till 7

Tuesday's 11 till 8

Wednesday's 11 till 8

Thursday's 11 till 8

Friday's 10 till 7

Saturday's 10 till 7

Sunday's 10 till 7

This is a trial period since some residents were saying by the time they get home from work and settle in the pool was near closing by the time they got there. If we don't see an increase in usage for these hours on July 1st we will be going back to normal hours

The Kennington pool season starts each year on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and the last day is Labor Day.
