WHY A STRICT RECLASS PROGRAM MATTERS
Reclassing before high school is a major decision—and preparation is everything. An athlete who plans to reclass needs more than just extra training. They need a structured program designed to prepare their body, skill set, mindset, nutrition, and overall readiness for the increased demands of high school football.
Getting on a strict training program early allows athletes to build strength, speed, explosiveness, conditioning, and position-specific technique while developing the discipline and consistency needed to compete at a higher level.
The goal isn’t simply to be bigger or stronger. It’s to make sure the athlete is physically prepared, technically polished, confident, and ready to compete when they step onto a high school football field.
A reclass year should be an investment—not a year off.
