Thursday Night Jiu-Jitsu with the No Breaks Crew at MMA 101! 🥋🔥
Another great night on the mats!
A huge welcome to Rona and Rez for jumping in and taking their very first class tonight! We're glad to have you both as part of the team. 💪

Our kids class worked on the trap and roll mount escape, learning how to stay calm under pressure, trap an arm, control a leg, and use proper technique to reverse the position. Awesome job by all the kids putting in the work!

In adult No-Gi, we worked the knee slice pass into the rolling back take, focusing on smooth transitions, timing, and control.
Great work from everyone tonight. It's awesome seeing everyone putting in the work and continuing to improve every class.
We'll be back on the mats soon—keep showing up, keep learning, and keep getting better!

Due to WA after damage in our home we have to leave for construction tomorrow and in order to get us and our animals situated I will be cancelling tonight's gi class (7300m)
See y'all for kids at 530 and adult nogi at 630.

🔥 Tuesday Night with the No Breaks Jiu-Jitsu Team at MMA 101! 🔥

Another awesome night on the mats!

👊 Kids Class: Tonight we focused on transitioning from mount to the back and back to mount, learning how to maintain control while flowing from one dominant position to the next. We wrapped things up with a fun game of Jiu-Jitsu Tic-Tac-Toe, where the kids got to learn, compete, and have a blast!

🥋 Adult Class: We worked on the Loop Choke off the Collar Drag, finishing with two high-percentage variations: ✔️ Crab Shot Loop Choke ✔️ Belly-Down Loop Choke
Great work by everyone tonight! It's always awesome seeing the team getting sharper every class.
