Completed my 8 week program yesterday! The scale didnt move much but my muscle mass went up, while my fat % went down.ππ½

My program consisted of body building with a recommendation that I do conditioning 3xs a week π© I however did like 1 week total. Smh.

Shoutout to my biggest supporter for reminding me who TF I am, and for putting up with me & my mood swings these last 4 months. God knows it hasnt been easy. You never fail to inspire to be better. I love you.
