My program consisted of body building with a recommendation that I do conditioning 3xs a week 😩 I however did like 1 week total. Smh.

Shoutout to my biggest supporter for reminding me who TF I am, and for putting up with me & my mood swings these last 4 months. God knows it hasnt been easy. You never fail to inspire to be better. I love you.

Updated progress pic, I was feeling bloated and full, however thats no excuse for the weekend junk I ate. 😁
Now im back on Macro tracking and ready to conquer the week. Progress is progress. πŸ’ͺ🏽

Finally hit the 4 week post partum mark! Im feeling physically better than I have in what seems like an eternity! Started the week off with body squats and lunges to help me prep for the mass destruction im gonna do when im able to weight train again. πŸ˜†

Pregnant? Not pregnant? Either way ...heres a quick 5 minute prenatal warm up to get your heart racing and body ready for your workout! Ive learned how important it is to warm up when pregnant, due to the increase of relax in hormone. The relax makes our pelvis have the flexibility for its expansion, amongst other joints but can sometimes make them a little too flexible in some areas, which can cause injury! Warming up simply prevents that. As the baby bump keeps glamorously growing, I'm learning what exercises I can and cannot do. These past couple weeks, the pelvis/hip pain has been a little much in which ive noticed worsens when i dont exercise. Ladies, i cannot argue enough how important it is for you, your labor and your baby. Exercise!! Those of you with uncomplicated pregnancies, there is no excuse. Oh! And make sure youre getting your daily Kegel workout in to strengthen that pelvis floor. πŸ™ƒ
Now....gotta kill this lower body workout! πŸ¦΅πŸΎπŸ‘

Looks like its official, the gym will be closed effective tomorrow night at close of business. We deeply apologize, as this is out of our hands. For those who have open gym memberships, we will pause all upcoming dues tomorrow for the time being. For those who recently purchased the two week pass, we will credit you a full two weeks upon reopening. Again, we sincerely apologize and will continue to keep you all in our prayers. πŸš¨πŸ”¦Special Client Spotlight! This is what happens when you believe in yourself and start focusing on yourself instead of everyone else! Ive trained her for roughly 5 months now and let me tell it, this girl has given me her fair of frustrations😩. When we started, her nutrition was every trainers nightmare. She was not consistent (at all)and not ashamed of what she was feeding her body. Come 2020, she made a commitment to herself to put herself first and not feel guilty about it. This is her 2 month transformation!! Her nutrition is a complete change, yet she does admittedly have her 2 days a week that she screws up, she continues to kill it with both her nutrition and her consistent excercise! She was hesitant on me sharing her progress...I just couldn't help but change her mind. We've become good friends since i started training her, and I know that without a doubt she is feeling beautiful in her own skin now! Not only does she make feel so proud, she makes me feel blessed and thankful that she chose me for her fitness journey! We have a long way to go, but she shows no signs of giving up! We got this girl! 😘πŸ”₯😍πŸ’ͺ🏽
