Exciting Changes Are Underway

CoachSherman.com is currently under construction as I transition into my new role as Director of Fitness & Wellness at PebbleCreek Golf Resort & Community.

Current app and online coaching clients will continue receiving the same high level of service, programming, support, and accountability without interruption.

To my in-person clients, thank you for your trust, loyalty, and understanding during this exciting transition. Your support has meant more than you know, and I am grateful to have been part of your fitness journey.

While my professional responsibilities are expanding, my commitment to helping people improve their strength, mobility, wellness, and quality of life remains unchanged.

The website will return soon with expanded resources, enhanced services, and a renewed vision for helping adults 40+ stay strong, active, healthy, and capable for life.
