IT’S NATIONAL COACHES DAY
Most people think coaching is just running drills (it’s not).

It’s knowing which kid needs to be pushed and which kid needs to be left alone today. It’s noticing someone’s quieter than usual and asking about it. It’s staying 20 minutes after a session because an athlete finally figured something out.

Our coaches do that every single day, and most of it nobody ever sees. They don’t ask for recognition, but today they’re getting a little more than usual. Thank you to all our coaches. You truly make our world go round. 🫶🏻

warmups aren’t the part of you rush through. tight hips and sleepy glutes are silent killers that will hold you back. 🤫🤐

90/90s open up the hips, supine leg kicks get the hamstrings moving, and single leg glute bridges wake up your glutes before anything explosive.

nothing flashy, but they work.
