Introducing Swim Teen!

Looking to stay fit through swimming but no longer interested in competitive swim training? Swim Teen is a one-hour program designed for teens who want to improve fitness, endurance, and swimming technique in a supportive group environment.

Proper technique is essential when using lap swimming for fitness. Good form helps prevent injuries, improves efficiency, and maximizes your cardiovascular workout.

Join us on Fridays from 5:00 PM–6:00 PM, beginning June 5!

Cost: $20 per session
