Synergy Center for Wellness is a BASI host studio located in the heart of the Colorado Rockies between Vail and Beaver Creek ski resorts. Synergy offers:

- Private, semi-private and group lessons for Pilates
- Barre
- In- House Physical Therapy
- Massage
- Nutritional Program

The studio is an open, inviting and clean 2,300 square foot space that features windows on every exterior wall, hard woo

d floors and large mirrors wall to wall. Every detail of the studio, including free street parking, helps create a safe and enjoyable working environment. Primarily featuring Balanced Body Pilates equipment, the facility has reformer/cadillac combination tables with towers/trapeze, exo chair systems, two floor mounted wooden ballet barres and every other Pilates accessory imaginable. Synergy focuses on total body wellness, sports specific training, pre and post surgery strengthening as well as working with physical therapists throughout a client’s rehabilitation process.
